At Pardus Wild-Tech, we are on a mission to design and build cutting-edge technology solutions for conservation, wildlife research, and eco-monitoring—from India, for India. Our roots are in the field. We’ve been naturalists, conservationists, and field biologists before becoming technologists. This gives us a unique perspective: we aren’t just building tools—we’re solving real problems that we ourselves have faced on ground.
Why Build in India?
India’s ecological landscapes are some of the most diverse and challenging on the planet. From the snow-covered Himalayan slopes to the humid mangroves of the Sundarbans, and from arid grasslands to dense tropical forests—our wild spaces demand resilience, adaptability, and precision.
Imported tech or off-the-shelf white-labeled products (often branded under a local name but manufactured abroad) simply don’t cut it. These are often optimized for temperate environments, have poor after-sales support, and lack the customizability Indian users need. That’s where Pardus steps in.
What Sets Us Apart
While many companies in this space appear ahead in branding or global presence, it’s important to understand how they operate. A large number of them white-label existing products—purchasing generic models from overseas, slapping on their logo, and calling it innovation.
We respectfully take a different route.
At Pardus, we design, prototype, test, and manufacture our technology solutions right here in India. Every screw, circuit board, sensor, and software line goes through our hands. We’re not just assembling—we’re engineering. This approach takes longer and is more complex, but it ensures:
Better field performance in Indian conditions
Full control over firmware and hardware customization
Transparent pricing with no hidden import markups
Real accountability—we service what we build
Support for local innovation and manufacturing ecosystems
Built With Purpose, Not Profit Alone
We’re not here to push products. We’re here to enable better conservation and field science. Every solution we develop—from trail cameras to sensor arrays and mobile apps—is based on months of field-testing and direct collaboration with researchers, NGOs, forest departments, and citizen scientists.
Because we’ve been in their shoes, we design tools with usability and longevity in mind:
Battery optimization for weeks of deployment
Weatherproofing for extreme Indian climates
Modular systems that grow with your research
Transparent firmware and data ownership—no lock-ins
What We're Working On
Trail Cameras Built for India: Our camera traps are in development after two years of R&D. Rugged, intelligent, and reliable, they’ll be priced affordably without compromising on quality.
Field-ready Mobile Apps: Designed to help citizen scientists, field researchers, and nature enthusiasts log sightings, create hotspots, and collaborate with others.
Data Infrastructure: Secure, open-data compliant platforms that help you analyze and visualize your wildlife data better, without handing it over to foreign servers or proprietary black boxes.
Collaboration is Key
We know that no single organization can do it all. We’re always open to co-develop, field-test, or customize our systems for partners across India. Whether you’re an ecologist studying hornbills in the Western Ghats or a forest officer managing camera traps in Central India—we want to work with you.
We also believe in transparency. If something doesn’t work, we’ll tell you why. If there’s a delay, you’ll know exactly what’s causing it. We don’t hide behind jargon or marketing spin.
The Road Ahead
Yes, the journey is long. Yes, there are others with more capital, more marketing clout, or global-sounding names. But we believe integrity, expertise, and persistence will win. We’re not trying to be the flashiest company in wild-tech. We’re here to be the most trusted.
So when you choose Pardus, you’re not just buying a product. You’re supporting a movement to make India self-reliant in conservation technology, to nurture a community of honest creators, and to ensure that those working to protect our wild places have the best tools—built by people who care deeply about the same cause.
